Sounds of April & Randall is a dynamic musical ensemble co-founded by vocalist April May Webb and trumpeter Randall Haywood. Dedicated to both artistry and education, the group provides workshops and educational programs for students from grade school to college and beyond. Their interactive sessions cover a wide range of topics, including performance, improvisation, stage presence, songwriting, music business, and social media strategies—equipping aspiring musicians with the tools needed to navigate today’s evolving industry across multiple genres.

As United States Cultural Ambassadors appointed by the U.S. Department of State, Sounds of April & Randall toured Fiji and Tonga, presenting performances and educational workshops that fostered cross-cultural exchange through music. Their commitment to mentorship and innovation continues to shape the next generation of artists while promoting music as a universal language of unity and expression.

They have conducted workshops at Brazosport College, University of Arkansas, Fiji National University, West Virginia University & University of Hartford
